Hall Rentals
Extra's available at additional cost are;

Kitchen to warm food that you provide.
Kitchen to prepare your own food.
Ask about Keg Beer,  Soda Bar and other options.
If any of the above items are required, they must be added to the contract.

When inquiring about the availability of our Halls, please include a contact name, (we need a local telephone number) - date and time (AM or PM Slot)

 that you are interested in . it is best to Call the Post during Business hours Fridays 5 - 9 p.m. at (860) 646-7961

$390.00 - for up to 4 hours
$50.00 per extra hour

Hall Rental Terms

Read the contract and understand what you are signing.

A Deposit of $100 is required the Hall Rental plus a Security Deposit of $100.00.

The Hall is only rented for the day of the contract. No access for early setup unless stated in the contract.

The Hall must be as clean when you leave as when you arrived.

Damages will be deducted from Your Security deposit or billed to you if damages exceed your deposit.

Deposits may be refunded with 15 days prior notice Minus a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
