If any of the above items are required, they must be added to the
contract.

Terms Read the contract and understand what you are signing.
A Deposit of $100 is required the Hall Rental plus a Security Deposit of $100.00.
The Hall is only rented for the day of the contract. No access for early setup unless stated in the contract.
The Hall must be as clean when you leave as when you arrived.
Damages will be deducted from Your Security deposit or billed to you if damages exceed your deposit.
Deposits may be refunded with 15 days prior notice Minus a Cancellation Fee of $50.00.
